but “True” exosome
Fibroblasts in the dermis can produce collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin, which are the three major constituent factors of the skin that support skin firmness and luster. However, as fibroblasts age, their production of these components decreases. Therefore, what is currently attracting attention is a substance called exosome, which contains functional molecules and information inside cells. Exosomes are small extracellular microspores with a diameter of approximately 50 to 150 nanometers that are released by cells and are said to be involved in cell-cell interactions, intracellular communication, and regulation of metabolism.
General exosomes are extracted from stem cells such as fat stem cells, bone marrow stem cells, dental pulp stem cells, umbilical cord stem cells, and amniotic fluid stem cells, as well as from stem cell supernatant fluid released during the process of culturing stem cells. Stem cells have two distinctive abilities: ``self-renewal ability'' to make copies of themselves, and ``differentiation ability'' to transform into cells different from themselves, and later become fibroblasts, nerve cells, internal organs, blood cells, etc. Therefore, stem cells and stem cell culture fluid contain exosomes that affect fibroblasts, which are important for skin beauty, but they also contain many substances that affect cells other than fibroblast and components that are not considered as exosomes.
Our exosome core contains a large amount of extremely pure skin growth factors extracted using our unique ``Enter method'' from fibroblasts that can produce the three major components of the skin: collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin.
