Cancellation or change (including addition) of items after an order has been placed
We are usually ready to ship orders from 9:30 a.m. on business days. If you wish to change (add) or cancel part or all of your order, please contact us by 9:00 a.m. on the next business day after the time of your order,

If you want to cancel the order of three products A, B, C, and only B. - If you contact us by e-mail by 9:00 a.m. on the next business day counting from the time of order, only A, C can be shipped.
If you contact us after 9:00 a.m. on the next business day counting from the time of your order and cancel only B, we will ship A, B, and C. After you receive your order (payment will be required for cash on delivery), please contact our online store to let us know that you wish to return only B. Please contact our online shop and pay for the shipping costs.
Once we confirm the cancellation of your order, we will arrange for the refund of your payment.
We cannot accept cancellations or refusals to accept an order without prior notice.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise you receive is different from your order or defective
Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. (We will bear the return shipping costs, so please return the item(s) with payment on delivery.
Returns and exchanges for customer's convenience

【In case we do not accept returns or exchanges】
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or exchanges for defective products if any of the following conditions apply Please be sure to check the product before using it.
1. Merchandise that has been used for more than 8 days after arrival.
2. Products that have been used once.
3. Products that have been scratched, stained, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
4. Merchandise that has lost or damaged the product package (bag, case, tags, etc.)
5. Sale items (including grab bags) and items subject to pre-order cannot be returned.
Refunds for returned merchandise
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges will be made by wire transfer to the customer's bank account if there is a difference. Refunds are usually made the week following the week in which the return is confirmed (approximately one week after the return). (Please allow approximately one week for the refund to arrive.)
Please note that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee, and we will transfer the amount of the returned merchandise minus the handling fee.
