Terms and Conditions of Use
The Terms of Use for "Etancel Beauté" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") shall apply to the products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the online store "Etancel Beauté" (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop") operated by Future Claire Co. The Terms of Use are defined as follows and apply between the Company and its individual and corporate customers.

Terms and Conditions of Use
(Prices of Products)
Prices of products sold in our store vary depending on the product. Please check the price of each product on the product page.
(Ordering Products)
After you select a product on each product page, you will be asked to place an order by filling in the necessary information for ordering and delivering the product, such as delivery address and payment method. We will keep the products in stock when we confirm that your order is complete after you have entered your "Customer Information," "Shipping Address," and "Payment Method," etc., not when you put the products in the cart. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming your information and order details. Please make sure that you are able to receive our e-mail so that we can confirm your order.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you due to our failure to contact you, so please be sure to enter information that will allow us to contact you (the person who placed the order).
(Reservation of products)
Please note that we cannot accept requests for layaways or reservations for items other than those marked as reserved.
(Shipping)
Delivery must be made to a domestic address. Payment methods, delivery methods, and delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. For details on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
(Product Returns and Exchanges)
Although we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of our product descriptions, due to the nature of mail order, there may be cases in which the product you actually receive differs from the image you have of it. In such cases, or for other customers' reasons, we will accept returns if we are able to confirm contact within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact our store within this period. Please send the product to the address specified so that it arrives within one week after our notification of receipt of the return. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used once.
If the delivered product is defective or has a hidden defect, we will exchange the product if we are able to confirm your contact within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please contact our store within this period. In this case, we will bear the shipping costs. However, if we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will issue a refund. We will not accept exchanges for the customer's convenience or for a different product.
If you do not follow the above rules, we will not be able to accept your return or exchange. In addition, the Company shall not be responsible for providing any other remedy for any shortages, deficiencies, or defects in the products other than those specified above. (Payment Methods)
We accept payment by credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, and COD. However, some payment methods may not be available for certain products. Also, some payment methods may not be available depending on the delivery method.
Some payment methods may incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
For the protection of personal information, we cannot change the payment method to credit card after an order has been placed. If you wish to change your payment method for your own convenience, or if you need to adjust the difference between the amount of your order and the amount of your payment, you will be responsible for any fees incurred. In the event that a customer refuses to accept cash on delivery, we may place restrictions on the use of our store, such as suspending the use of our store, or may take legal proceedings.
(Cancellation of Products)
Once the shipping procedure has started, we do not allow any additional changes or cancellations of orders. (Change of order details)
If you wish to change the contents of your order, such as payment method or delivery method, please contact us. However, if your order has already been shipped at the time you contact us, we will not be able to make any changes to your order. Please note that we will not be responsible for any problems that arise when you fail to follow the change procedure.

(Prohibited acts)
The following acts are prohibited when using this store. If we deem that any of your actions fall under any of the following, we may terminate your contract with you without notice, or refuse your future use of this service. (Service Interruption)
Acts of force majeure (interruption, delay, suspension, or loss of data due to epidemics, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, enactment, revision, or abolition of laws and regulations, guidance and orders by administrative agencies, power outages, failure of communication lines, computers, network equipment, etc., system maintenance, etc., unauthorized access, failure or accident of contractors, warehouse distribution-related (including, but not limited to, failures or accidents of subcontractors, warehousing and logistics companies, and transportation companies, labor disputes, and equipment accidents, etc.), the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers in the event of partial or complete suspension of the Service.
Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan, notwithstanding any applicable rules of law.
Trademarks
The name "ETANCEL BEAUTÉ" is our trademark and is protected by intellectual property laws, including registration with the Patent Office. In addition, all trademarks displayed in our store that are not owned by us are the property of their respective owners.
Copyright
The copyright holders of the contents on our website and this application, as well as the manuscripts, images, illustrations, videos, sounds, photos, designs, and data in the e-mail newsletters distributed by our store and the booklets published by our store, are our company or the content providers, and are protected by copyright laws.
Disclaimer
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages (whether indirect or direct) incurred by customers as a result of using this store or as a result of products or services provided by this store. Products may be returned within one week from the date of delivery. If we replace the product with a good one, we shall not be liable for any damages.
2. In the event that SBI shall be liable to you or any third party for any reason for which the disclaimers set forth in these Terms and Conditions do not apply, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of SBI, such liability shall be limited to direct damages, and the maximum amount of damages based on such liability shall in any event be the amount paid by you to SBI. The amount of damages based on such liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid by the customer to us.
Severability
Even if any provision or part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the other parts of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Other
1. The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance in the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary in connection with the use of the Service.
2. In the event that the Company uses an attorney or other professional due to nonpayment of the purchase price or violation of these Terms and Conditions by the customer, the customer shall also bear the attorney's fees and other professional fees.
