Shipping policy
■Shipping Fee
Free shipping is available for purchases of 30,000 yen or more including tax (or 30,000 yen or more after discount is applied when using a coupon or during a sale). If the purchase amount is less than 30,000 yen including tax, the following shipping charges will apply.
- Hokkaido 1,000 yen
- Okinawa 1,200 yen
- Other areas: 600 yen
■Specified delivery date and time
We do not accept delivery date and time requests.
■Delivery company
Yamato Transport will be the basic delivery company.
■Number of days until shipment
We will ship within 2 business days after the order is confirmed (or after payment is confirmed in the case of bank transfer).
During and immediately after sales and events, we will ship within 4 business days.
■Delivery Method
Delivery will be made by courier service. The delivery company will vary depending on the ordered items, quantity, size, weight, etc. We will select the most suitable shipping method among those we use.
■Confirmation of Delivery Status
We will send you the tracking number of your parcel by e-mail after the parcel is shipped. Please check the details with the delivery company's tracking service.
■Shipping to addresses outside Japan
We will only deliver to addresses within Japan.
■In the event that delivery is not completed due to absence, etc.
If you are not at home or the address is unknown, the package will be stored by the shipping company for approximately 7 days. If re-delivery is not completed during the storage period, the package will be returned to the shipper. In this case, we will refund you ³,000 minus ³,000 for the return shipping and handling fee. We do not accept re-shipment, so please place another order.
